1991 . CROSS-LINK WAS FOUNDED

Cross-Link Electric & Construction Corporation (formerly known Cross-Link Electric Corporation) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 19, 1991 primarily to carry on the business of contracting in Electro-Mechanical Technology as well as in General Construction and General Building. Main office is located at 101 Mezzanine C, Excelsior Building, 161 Roxas Boulevard, Baclaran, Parañaque City.

1991 . HOW WE STARTED

The company started in 1991 with a very small budget of just Php 70,000.00 and 5 employees including Engr. Fernando F. Pizarro and wife, Mrs. Julieta H. Pizarro and had a small office in Cañeza Building along Roxas Boulevard near its present building, the Excelsior Building.

The company’s first project in 1991 was a road way lighting along a stretch from Alabang to Bicutan which is s part of the South Super Highway.

1992-1993 . STARTING PROJECTS

In 1992-1993, Cross-Link had its second project, Analog Bicutan involving 2 x 1MVA Substation and other electrical related works.

1993-1994 . GROWING PROJECTS

Then, in 1993-1994, Cross-Link got two projects in CMC Las Piñas and simultaneously at Amkor Anam in Sucat Parañaque. Those projects involved various electrical works, substations, busducts etc.

1994-1996 . PROJECT VARIATION

From 1994 to 1996, the Gateway Electronics contract came in and it involves also the supply of substation, double ended low voltage switchgear etc.

1996-1997 . BUILDING TRUST

In 1996-1997, Cross-Link got a contract with ADGT under Fluor Daniel for the electrical works.

1998 . INDUSTRY RECOGNITION

By 1998, Cross-Link has already made a name for itself in the industry as it became a regular contractor of Analog Devices General Trias, Analog Devices Philippines, Inc. and Cypress Mfg. Ltd. We are still the regular contractor of these companies up to present.

1999 . LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS

In 1999, we were able to get a project in Texas Instruments Phils, Inc., Baguio City on the electromechanical jobs and still with this company up to the present.

2000 . BRIDGING CONNECTIONS

Beginning in 2000, Cross-Link Electric & Construction Corporation became the regular contractor of Texas Instruments Phils., Inc. in Baguio. In fact, we have a satellite office there and some of our partners have maintained offices, staff and other personnel in Baguio.

2007 . WORD OF MOUTH

2007, we also got TI (Philippines), Inc., Clark, Angeles, Pampanga in all disciplines, Electrical,Mechanical, and Civil.

Our company has indeed gone a long way and achieved a hard-earned recognition for itself. From its initial capitalization of 1M, it has now a net worth of P58.5M Cross-Link Electric & Construction Corporation is accredited by the Philippines Contractors

Accreditation Board (PCAB) Category A as General Contractor in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works.
